Faire on the Square 2025 Registration


Directions:

2025 VENDOR REGISTRATION OPENS ON TUESDAY, APRIL 1 AT 9AM.

1. Select your vendor booth or sponsorship category.  Please note that "one ticket" is needed per vendor booth/sponsorship and Watertown businesses/non-profits must have a zip code of 02472.  

2. Scroll down to click on the green Order button below the five categories to continue.

3. On the next page, indicate if you would like to purchase a furniture upgrade for one 6-foot table and two chairs to be provided at your booth for the event.

4. Complete your registration.  Payment can be made by credit card or check.  If mailing a check, it must be marked as received within 14 days to secure your spot.  If it received after 14 days and prior to the registration deadline, you will be asked to re-submit your registration.

5. A confirmation email will be sent following your registration.

TEMPORARY FOOD PERMITS: A permit from the Watertown Health Department must be obtained for any food items distributed from a vendor booth, including samples.  Any items that are not shelf stable must be distributed from the food court.

Only one vendor booth is allowed per registration.  All vendors must set up within their assigned 10x10' space.  Booth assignments will be given at the Welcome Tent on the morning of the event.

Internal City Department and Appointed Committees

Please note that one six-foot table and two folding chairs will be provided per internal City of Watertown registration.  You will be asked to select your specific department or provide the committee's name in the following section.  All booths in this category must be staffed by a City of Watertown employee.

One ticket in this category reserves one vendor booth for a Watertown Non-Profit at the Faire on the Square 2025.  You will have the option during checkout to purchase an upgrade that includes the rental of one 6-foot table and two chairs at your booth for an additional $20.  All other materials, including a pop-up tent, if desired, must be brought by the vendor.  If utilizing a tent, weights must be used to secure the tent (no stakes are permitted).  All vendors will receive their assigned booth location at the welcome tent on the morning of the event beginning at 9am.  More information will be sent via email in the weeks leading up to the event.

Each booth space is 10 feet by 10 feet.  Only one vendor booth is allowed per registration.  All vendors must set up within their allotted space.

A permit from the Watertown Health Department must be obtained for any food items distributed from a vendor booth, including samples.  Perishable foods are only permitted in the food court and may not be distributed from any vendor booths.

Each food vendor will be allotted one space that is 15 feet long by 10 feet deep.  Only one space is allowed per food vendor due to space limitations.

A temporary food permit must be obtained from the Watertown Health Department for all food court vendors.

12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

The faire will be open to the public from 12:00-5:00pm at Saltonstall Park on Saturday, September 13, 2025.  Registered vendors can sign in at the welcome tent and begin setting up at 9am.  Booth locations will be given out at this time.

The final day to register for a vendor booth is Friday, August 22, 2025.  

A waiting list in enabled for each category.  Participants accepted off of the wait list will be notified no later than Friday, August 29, 2025.
