VENDOR REGISTRATION CLOSED ON AUGUST 22, 2025. Registration for COOKING COMPETITIONS is open through September 5, 2025.
1. Select your category. Please note that "one ticket" is needed per vendor booth or cooking competition entry.
2. Scroll down to click on the green Order button below the ticket categories to continue.
3. For participating vendors: On the next page, indicate if you would like to purchase a furniture upgrade for one 6-foot table and two chairs to be provided at your booth for the event.
4. Complete your registration. Payment can be made by credit card or check. Checks must be received by August 29, 2025 (dropped off to 440 Talcott Avenue) to secure your booth.
5. A confirmation email will be sent following your registration.
TEMPORARY FOOD PERMITS: A permit from the Watertown Health Department must be obtained for any food items distributed from a vendor booth, including samples. Any items that are not shelf stable must be distributed from the food court.
Only one vendor booth is allowed per registration. Due to space constraints, all participating vendors will be limited to a maximum of one 10x10' space. All vendors must set up within their assigned 10x10' space.
Vendor registration was open from April 1 to August 22, 2025. Names on the waiting list will be notified by August 29, 2025 if a space becomes available.
Booth assignments will be given at the Welcome Tent on the morning of the event.
The faire will be open to the public from 12:00-5:00pm at Saltonstall Park on Saturday, September 13, 2025. Registered vendors can sign in at the welcome tent and begin setting up at 9am. Booth locations will be given out at this time.
The final day to register for a vendor booth is Friday, August 22, 2025.
A waiting list in enabled for each category. Participants accepted off of the wait list will be notified no later than Friday, August 29, 2025.
